Joanne Stahl’s GoFundMe

Hello everyone, we are reaching out to each of you today sending a very special request for our friend Joanne Stahl. A year ago this month Joanne had decompression surgery because of benign tumors. A portion of her skull was removed to access the tumors, they were not able to be removed. The goal was to shave and relieve pressure which caused Joanne to experience multiple occurrences of Bell’s Palsy . Thispast year she has been unable to work and is on a very limited income. Buying food and paying utilities has been difficult. More recently Joanne has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Primary Peritoneal Cancer. She also has tumors in her pelvis, outside her colon and 5 small spots in her lungs. Joanne’s surgery is soon. She will have major surgery to remove all tumors and the omentum. Once radiation and chemotherapy begins her oncologist believes the 5 small lung tumors will shrink. Joanne is fighting an ENORMOUS battle. She not only needs prayers and support, but also needs financial assistance. To all who know her from ATA we are sure you remember her as a thoughtful, caring and wonderful woman.
