Jocelyn finish school for her LADC

Hi, I am Jocelyn and after exhausting all my other resources, I figured it might not hurt to try this. I am a single mom of a very independent 4 year old, and have been given wonderful opportunity to be working towards being able to provide a healthy life for us.  I am asking for help in order to finish school, I have two semesters of six credits each left of my internship to earn my bachelor's in addiction and become an LADC: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am interning at Minnesota adult and teen challenge, and as most internships I'm getting paid with experience not monetarily

The original plan to pay for school has suddenly run out of funds so I am scrambling for a solution.

I chose to become an LADC from my own experience through addiction. Being able to share what I know and to show those lost in addiction that there is a solution and it changes your entire life is my way of being to give back everything given to me. The freedom I have now is so amazing I have to share it.

I had felt God nudging me towards some type of counseling for many years, but I didn't want to do it, I was so lost in my own self centered ness and didn't have hope that there was a different way of thinking and living. When I was really introduced to the solution of the 12 steps and started understanding I was astounded! I wanted that!!! Learning to live by God's will not mine has transformed my entire being, so when I felt him calling me to this field again, I chose to listen.

I would like to have 3000 for summer tuition, I will need another 3000 for fall tuition, however I am working on a way to be able to do payments with crown college for Fall tuition.
