Jodessa Cooper Memorial Fundraiser

This is Dex, Jodessa Cooper's oldest son - First, I want to say that I appreciate the constant love and support my family has received since the news dropped about my Mama. Please continue to pray for the Cooper family as we mourn the loss of my beautiful mother.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MAMA

As many of our family and friends know, my Mama was reported dead from a gunshot wound Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023. The autopsy confirmed she was found in the passenger seat of her boyfriend's vehicle. They were together celebrating his birthday hours before she was found. IMPD Homicide Branch is investigating.

ABOUT MY MAMA - JODESSA - JODIE JO

My beautiful mother was full of love and shared her spirit of unconditional love with family and friends! She devoted her time to family as the primary caregiver for my Grandma (her mom) and my brother who is mentally diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar. Her life was taken too soon and we feel like we have been robbed.

WE ARE SEEKING SUPPORT FOR OUR FAMILY AND JODESSA'S MEMORIAL

My mother wants to be buried next to her father in Tennessee. We would also like to hold a service for her here in Indianapolis for all the people that knew and loved her. Unfortunately, I'm having issues locating my Mama's insurance, so I decided to put together this fundraiser to help cover the cost of her funeral and celebration of life services.

Please help us lay her to rest in peace in the way she would want and deserves.
