Help Jodie Kick Cancer's Ass

This is our Mom, Jodie Pierce, if you have ever met her you would know that she is one of the strongest ladies around!
About a month and a half ago she started having abdominal pain and decided it was time to have a Dr. check out what was going on. After blood work, an Ultra-Sound and CT scan our family got the news no family wants to hear, Jodie has cancer along with fighting diabetes. After a meeting with an oncologist at Cancer Centers of America and a trip to the valley to have a biopsy it has been confirmed she has Pancreatic cancer that has metastasized into her liver. The Dr. believes she has a good chance fighting as she is young and healthy.
The Dr. wants to move quick and start chemo treatments in two weeks. She will be driving 1.5 hrs. one way just to receive these treatments every two days, every other week.
She is strong, but anyone that fights cancer knows what a toll physically, mentally and financially cancer takes from a person and their family. Our step dad works hard to support our mom and family means everything to Jodie, she is always so proud of her three children and the accomplishments each have in life, her oldest son serves in the Armed Forces currently state side, middle son is close by working full time and I am a full time college student working part time, she also has two step-daughters who live out of state and 6 grandchildren.
Between the cost of diabetes treatment, constant lab work, traveling to Phoenix for treatment and CTCA being out of network we are asking for your help and support any way possible. If you wish to contribute to her cause we thank you, even if it’s just with sending prayers and good vibes her way. Our family will be forever grateful.
