Jodie&Tammy need a bit of help during hard times

Hi my name is Melissa, and I am Jodie's little sister. I am making this for Jodie and Tammy. As many of you know my brother and Tammy have overcome many obsticals to live life in a "normal to them" way. Jodie has spina bifida and often battles infections, Tammy is autistic and has other body ailments making working hard for the both of them. BUT they both still manage to work their butts off. Unfortunately Tammy was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease on 10-23-23 along with fracturing a vertebra a few months ago, that is now requiring surgery in addition to another surgery for disintegrating discs. She is starting a medicated journey for relief which ultimately will prevent her from driving to work. She is able to return to work next monday, and able to work until the medication therapy starts prior and after surgery, they then anticipate her being unable to work anymore. So right now they are in the process of getting her onto disability. Her being unable to work much already and her being out of work for a week has put them in a financial bind, they really need the same support they got when Jodie was unable to work briefly. Just to make a few ends meet while they get their ducks in a row and their new life figured out. If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting either one of them, you know they would give anything to help others. They are some of the most amazing people I know, working hard and showing others with disabilities just what is possible. I truly admire them both for their bravery and courage through all of their challenges. And I know they would be deeply thankful for any donation.
