Hi

My name is Mykel Holahan and I am asking for prayers and donations for Jody and her family.

On May 12 Jody was rushed to the ED in excruciating pain. They found that she had a bladder mass that was impacting kidney function and admitted her. During the biopsy, the surgeon found it was worst than expected and removed a baseball sized tumor.

Jody was diagnosed with an aggressive form of bladder cancer with metastasis to the liver. She was immediately put on dialysis and chemotherapy and unfortunately developed Tumor Lysis Syndrome and caused her kidneys to start shutting down.

Jody was admitted to hospice and gained her wings on May 22nd.

This has been devastating for the family both emotional and financially. Jody has been the main caretaker for her husband and certainly didn’t see this coming.

This family means the world to me. Cheri has been my best friend for 39 years and she is one of the strongest person I know. Not with this though, Jody was her rock and they relied on each other to get the challenges of life.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Between the medical bills, funeral expenses and future care of her husband, the family is under a great deal additional stress financially.
