Thank you for visiting our GoFundMe page. We are Joe & Jessie Hernandez, and we're in the process of adopting an infant.
We've been married for seventeen years, but together for twenty. We have a wonderful marriage, but have been unable to conceive due to medical reasons.
We're using Bethany Christian Services as our agency. They will match us with an expectant mother, who will then choose us as parents for her child. Our homestudy has been approved, so right now we're working on our profile. After that, the entire process should take no more than a year or two.
As of today, between our own and family contributions, we've raised $30,000. However, the total cost is $37,000. We're looking to raise $7,000 and any support would be greatly appreciated.
