Joe Breslin Memorial Fund

Donation protected
On Thursday, January 6th, 2022, our friend and family member, Joe Breslin, passed away due to complications with pneumonia. His wife and best friend, Altaira, has been by his side for 15 years and we hope you can help her with memorial costs and financial burdens that remain. We also want to keep his memory alive, and that is also something you can support in lieu of direct donations.

Joe's Memorial: Saturday, January 15th at 2pm @ The Fraternal Order of the Eagles, 3780 S Jason, Street, Englewood, CO

About Joe: Josef was one of the kindest, most thoughtful people you would ever know. He had a wonderful sense of humor and always faced the world with stubborn positivity. He was a constant ray of light to all that knew him and will be greatly missed.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to Altaira and his family/close friends. Your love and support is greatly appreciated. This has all been very overwhelming for them.

"The world lost a wonderful person who can never be replaced. Joe, we love you so much. Thank you for all these great years, the windshield notes and for taking care of me." - Altaira Breslin

How you can help:
Donate to this GoFundMe to help cover Altaira's expenses: the cemetery headstone, car payments, hospital bills, and other items to help offset some of the unknowns and lack of income.

Donate blood: Joe loved to help people and has donated a tremendous amount of blood and platelets over the years. I’m sure he would appreciate if those of you who can share in his love of helping people by donating. www.vitalant.org

Donate to music causes that help kids: Joe knew some of these folks and had a passion for music, and he was known to ROCK. Altaira was excited at the prospect of finding a group that helped kids get connected to music, instruments, and support in his honor. Mile High Scenesters are doing a great job getting kids connected with these services and donations are tax deductible: www.milehighscenesters.org

Take care of each other: Hold your loved ones close, you think there’s all the time in the world, but sometimes there’s not. Love to you all from Joe's loved ones and friends. His memory and stories of Joe's fun antics will live on through all of you.
