Joe Eshleman Eagle Scout Project Liberty Park

My name is Joe Eshleman, and I am a Life Scout in Troop 76 of Vestavia Hills. I am currently working on my Eagle Scout Project. My project will take place in Liberty Park, the community in which I’ve lived my whole life. Liberty Park has been a wonderful place to grow up and I wanted to give back to the community that has given me so much by installing three Little Free Library community book boxes and a bench in the large neighborhood.

I will be purchasing, building, and installing three community book boxes and one bench. The book boxes and bench are meant to last a long time so I will be using top grade materials. I hope to raise one thousand dollars towards my project.  I will use the donations to purchase the necessary tools, materials, and supplies for construction and installation. Any donation you could contribute would be so greatly appreciated. Any excess donations will go towards additional resources or maintenance that the Home Owners Association could purchase.
