Joe Gray transplant expenses

Hi. My name is Nicole Boyer and I am trying to help my best friend of 40+ years Susan Gray and her wonderful husband Joey Gray. He received the gift of a new liver on September 2, 2023. Although his liver is doing well, he has had many major complications since his transplant and is still in the hospital fighting to get better & come home to his family.

I appreciate you reading this far and anything that you could donate would be so greatly appreciated! Neither Susan or Joey would ask for help, that’s why I’m doing it. Please give what you can, if you can. Joey is one of the most caring, lovable, genuine people I have ever known. Besides all that, he has helped keep the community safe for over 30 years as a Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Correctional Deputy. He is a strong, proud man who will fight his way back to his old self eventually. If nothing else, just prayers are appreciated! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for anything and everything.
