Joe Knight Memorial Fund

On March 14, 2018 on the 700 block of North 4th St, Avondale, AZ, Joseph Knight was murdered. He was shot twice while riding his bike home from work. When the police arrived on the scene he was already gone. Joe lived at 704 N 4th St... he was less than a minute from safety when someone decided to take his life. If you knew Joe you know that he played games on his computer with his best friend Matt. He loved his cat and just got a sweet puppy after the painful passing of his beloved dog. He went to work, went to the gym and simply lived his live and never harmed anyone. He was a loving, loyal, helpful son, brother, cousin, friend. Always there for others. If you called, he answered. No matter what I needed how big or how small. He was there. The world has lost one of most genuine man that ever set foot on this earth.
For the past five years we hoped Joe would come back home to Oklahoma. Never in our wildest dreams did we envision bringing him home this way.
The continued flood of care and support is overwhelmingly amazing. Thank you all so much for reaching out of your busy lives to be there for our family.
