Joe Kovacs Snr

On Monday, 7th October, 2024, the Kovacs family were sadden to advise their family and friends of the loss of Joe.

Early 2024, Joe had a fall which unfortunately led to the discovery of Motor Neuron Disease. An easy going, light-hearted, joyful person, Joe took it in his stride, to spend as much time as he could with those he loved and cherished the most.

Over only a few short months, Joe’s condition worsened, and regardless of the circumstances, he held his head high.

For the past 9 years, Joe was a loyal, dedicated, motivated colleague to many, bringing laughter and cheer to those around him.

It has been a pleasure to work with Joe over this time, he was a hands down, fantastic mate, who never let the opportunity pass where he could help out, support a friend or play a fun and harmless prank with those around him. He is going to be missed and someone I will never be able to forget.
