Joe Nero needs help again

To All My Brothers & Sisters,

I hope this letter finds everyone doing well and best wishes for a very blessed 2023. To be honest with you, last year was very difficult financially and health-wise for us so we are praying for a better day.

I am sure that many of you may be struggling also. As I have gotten older, I can't earn the kind of money I made when I was younger, and unfortunately, I still need to work to survive. Like everyone else, our expenses have risen quite a bit. In addition, due to current inflation, my rent was just raised $300/mo.

Nancy has had a very difficult year due to having 2 ankle surgeries, 2 cancer surgeries and a shoulder surgery that resulted in a 2nd surgery for a total shoulder replacement on 1/13/23. Needless to say, she has not been able to work for at least 9 months and it may be 3-6 mos before she can work again.

I have been better off physically, however, I still had knee surgery and cataract surgery last year. We are a real mess. LOL.

Unfortunately, we cannot survive on one salary only. Over the past 3-4 mos we have gotten help with our electric bill and rent from various churches and organizations, but most of these places will only help one time each year. A few years ago, I started a GoFundMe account and the results were remarkable. So many of you helped and we were able to survive.

Once again we need help. It is a very scary thing to go through especially at my age. I have reactivated my GoFundMe Account and would greatly be blessed by any help that you can give. I know that God will bless us with your generosity.

I trust in the Lord and believe that this is in His Hands. In all my 75 years I have never seen God fail me.
