Joe Pinner Home Modifications Needed!

Hi, my name is Greg. Our friend Joe Pinner in in need of our help. Those of you that know Joe must remember him as one of the best drummers you have ever heard, and a super friendly guy. Unfortunately, in recent years many medical complications have been piling up and plague Joe’s existence. Diabetes resulting in amputation. SEVERAL strokes, and two heart attacks. He has lost most use of his left arm and leg. Our friend is in rough shape to put it mildly. He lives on a farm in Smithfield Virginia. His current housing is to be given to someone else. He can stay on the property (which is his preference) but he needs to bring in a new trailer. It will need a Ramp built. Water, Sewer, and Electric will need to be ran to his new home.
