Supporting Joe and Raf in the 2024 HYROX Race for Macmillan️

Hey everyone,

In January 2024, Joe and Raf will be taking part in HYROX Manchester to raise money for Macmillan, the UK’s leading cancer care charity.

We'll be posting updates as we go, showing progress in our training and also some behind the scenes too.

About the race

HYROX combines running and functional fitness into a single race. Participants are required to complete a 1km run followed by one functional workout, repeated eight times.

Why your support matters

During the pandemic, Rafael lost his father to cancer and since then has raised over £2000 for Bowel Cancer UK and other charities through Movember & Battle Cancer London. By supporting us with this challenge, you're helping Macmillan provide crucial resources and support for cancer patients and their families.
