Joe always had a way of making people laugh. He could make your whole day better just by flashing his contagious smile. Joe was driven, loved sports and truly cared about people. He was the type of individual who would do anything to help someone out. He was selfless and touched the lives of so many. Joe, we love you and you will be fiercely missed and forever in our hearts.
This fund is to be used for the reward moneys for information leading to capture of the bad guys that took our Joe. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated.
Your donations are tax deductible. For further information, please visit http://www.norfolkcrimeline.com/howitworks.aspx
