Joel L. Salgado’s Medical Bills- Victim of assault

Joel was a victim of a senseless act of brutal assault on Saturday March 21st.  He has been hospitalized at Harborview and has had multiple surgeries.  Please contribute if you would like to help with his medical expenses as this has been devastating to his family.
