Hi, My name is Darlene Richmond and I am representing the family of Joel Tams. I am helping set up a fund at a friend’s suggestion. The fund will be used to help with the funeral expenses. The family was extremely touched by the suggestion of a fund and are grateful to those who wish to give in his honor.

Knowing that Joel has touched so many lives, if there is anything left over, the family will donate it to a charity for animals because we all know how much he loved them. Services are still pending and will be announced once they are set.
