Joel's Records Got Jacked!
Donation protected
If you don't know Joel Salazar, then you should... he is one of the best folks you'll ever meet in the music business or any business for that matter. Last weekend he was DJing at The Common Table in Uptown and while he was loading his vinyl up to leave several crates were stolen - over 200 records in total. Common Table and their valet company are getting things started by giving Joel a $500 gift certificate to Josey Records but that only puts a dent in what was taken.
It's difficult to make a living in the music industry but it becomes significantly harder when people steal your tools. We'd like to help Joel get whole again as soon as possible - we're going to close this a week from today on Tuesday, September 4th.
Please help him rebuild his collection and regain the tools he needs to make a living and support his family! Thank you very very much.
