Van for Joel Mullins

In November of 1996 Joel was in an accident at the age of 14, causing a traumatic brain injury and him to be paralyzed on the left side. Transportation has always been possible with the help of his mother, Judy who has taken complete care of him since the accident and unable to work.
April of 2013 he was bucked off of a therapy horse causing his leg to break in 36 places and needing surgery which included rods. Transporting with a cast was harder, and regaining strength to be put into the van they currently have with a manual lift that to put the chair into the back.
In February of this year his wheelchair malfunctioned and sent him into a tree at a funeral, causing his leg to break behind the rods and bending a rod. Recently we were informed he won't be able to stand again to be transferred into bed or a vehicle.
As of right now my mom can't take him out of the house or to doctors appointments without renting a handicap van (average $200 a day)
We had another account set up but the last website shut down ans refunded all the donations. Joel is one the funniest, kind hearted people in the world with faith that could move mountains but being stuck at home is really taking a toll on him. Any help or prayers would be appreciated, they deserve a new van!
