Joe’s journey on getting rid of Cancer!

hello everyone! My names Joseph fuller, im 57 years old and I recently got diagnosed with esophageal cancer. I’m currently out of work, and financial times are ruff at this moment. Special food, medications , co-pays are taking a toll financially while keeping on track of bills and other essentials I need. I’m looking for some help untill I can get back on my feet, to return to work . If anyone is out there that can help me with this journey I would be much grateful.
