Joey Groller

Joey Groller was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on July 18th, 2022. He and his family face an expected 6-month hospital stay while he receives chemotherapy and other treatments on a near daily basis.

Joey is a very active 15-year-old with an indomitable spirit and has shown incredible bravery in facing this battle head-on. He is set to enter his sophomore year at Whitehall High School, where he was looking forward to continuing as a member of the basketball team. The hustle, effort, and grit that help him on the court now need to lead him through this diagnosis.

Megan, Joey's mom, immediately took Family Leave to be with Joey while he undergoes treatment, and Joe, his dad, will also miss significant work time. They will be supporting both Joey in his cancer fight as well as Joey's younger brother Johnny. The family of four now faces an unexpected financial burden that should be the absolute least of their worries. Please help us support the Groller family in this fight. As Joey says, F Cancer.
