Joey & Michael Bedsole - Honduras Mission Trip 2024

Joey felt a calling to missions for a long time. When we (our family - myself, Misty, Joey, and our two children) moved from Arkansas to Florida he had the opportunity to go on a mission to Honduras and knew it was something he was supposed to do. We raised funds and started prepping and then COVID hit. This trip was then delayed for some time. Last October he was finally able to go on his first mission trip to Honduras.

Now this country and its people have a special place in our hearts. Joey worked alongside the Trash Mountain Project and the ROHI Project. He fell in love with both of these organizations and what they do for these people and he fell in love with the Honduran people - especially the workers, children, and families of the ROHI Project. His goal now is to GO and SERVE there as often as possible, and to provide constant support and help for those families.

Our son, Michael, has also felt God calling him to GO and SERVE in this mission! He is a strong, smart young man and he loves The Lord and desires to share that love with others.

This September Joey and Michael will be traveling to Honduras to build houses through the Trash Mountain Project and spend more time helping with the children and teachers at the ROHI Project. We KNOW God will use them both as they work alongside these organizations.
