Joey Rourke and Family

Hi, my name is Woody Arthur along with all of his many friends we would like to start a fundraiser on behalf of Joey and his family.

Joey has been a friend, mentor, and colleague for almost 20 years. I would not be where I am, or who am I without Joey. Joey was very reserved in sharing about his personal life as well as asking for help. However, He was very giving of his time - If you needed help or needed to talk, everyone knew they could go to Joey no matter what it was and he would do everything in his power to help you. If you had the fortune of playing cards with him(and losing most likely), working with him at a fundraiser, or just sitting down and talking about music, you are likely a better person for it.

Unfortunately, Joey passed away 10pm on Sunday July 23, 2023 after a very hard-fought two year battle with colon and lung cancer surrounded by his loving family. With that battle came many bills, expenses, and costs that only a few can imagine. We all wish we could do more since Joey did so much for us - Please donate and help Joey and his family. I hope that not only can we as friends and community help with the funeral and memorial costs, but give the family some must needed relief financially.
