Johan Ljungfeldt i Ukraina

Hello, My name is Johan and I retired from the Swedish military after 30 years of service to volunteer in Ukraine. I arrived in Ukraine at Summer of 2022 and during the course of the year, I volunteered at my own expense, with no income or payment. Through generous support of my sponsors in Sweden and along with suppliers in a few other countries, I have personally delivered life-saving medical supplies, combat gear, food, clothing, and a myriad of other goods to Ukrainian Armed Forces at the Front Line. Every day I personally see the impact this important volunteer work has on saving lives and lifting the morale of troops who oftentimes don’t receive basic food, clothing, or the support they truly need. At times, I have literally given the clothes off my back and my shoes to troops in need. At this point, I have spent my life savings to help self-fund the high price of diesel driving thousands of miles across war-torn Ukraine, basic expenses of food and lodging, and most importantly, continued support of my family in Sweden. I mostly use my personal truck to drive on missions in Ukraine. The awful road conditions have taken their toll on my only means of transportation that I desperately need to continue this work. Equally important to me is that I need my truck to drive back to Sweden every 8 or 9 weeks to see my kids, and press forward despite limited resources. My humble request is that you, my friends, family, peers, colleagues, or even strangers who may read this, will donate to my fundraiser. I need money to fix urgent repairs on my truck, the ongoing cost of diesel, and basic expenses to live in Ukraine. Please donate what you can and know I will be forever grateful for your support.
