John Burel - House Fire Recovery

John Burel, a City of Griffin employee of nearly 20 years, tragically lost his son, his entire home, and all of its contents in a house fire. City employees have launched a GoFundMe page to help John with funeral expenses and his recovery efforts. We are asking that the community join us in supporting John during this difficult time. While we know that no amount of money can reverse this tragedy, we can show him that we are a community that rallies around each other in a time of need. We have set a goal of $10,000 to assist John with funeral expenses and to help with his recovery process.
