John “Chiz” Chisholm needs our help!!

Hey all. My name is Alice and I am starting this Go Fund me page for my good friends John Chisholm and Lisa Armstrong. Many of you may be unaware that John suffered a stroke on Saturday evening and has been at Cape Cod Hospital since. His left side was affected and his speech is a bit delayed, but overall his sense of humor is spot on! He has a very long road for recovery and hopefully will be going to Spaulding soon for intensive rehabilitation therapy. He will need physical, occupational and speech therapy for quite some time, leaving him unable to work for the foreseeable future. Anyone who knows John, knows he has the biggest heart and has always been there for others. From coaching soccer, to managing Longfellow’s (Brewster) back in the day and Jake Rooney’s in Harwich. Everyone’s favorite bartender with a listening ear and a hug like no other and a smile that can light up a room..Most recently he was working as a landscaper for his brother in law. Lisa will be helping to care for him when he comes home, but with a full time job and 2 teenagers to feed as well, they could sure use some help to pay the bills. Any and all donations here will go directly to John and Lisa to help pay for home expenses, medical bills and food. Your support is genuinely appreciated.
