John Christopher Weffenstette - He mattered to me My name is

Tammy, and I feel blessed to have spent 31 extraordinary years with John Christopher Weffenstette, my rock, my partner, and my forever love. A little over a year ago, he showed unimaginable courage in the face of stage 4 lung cancer, and his love for me and our fur babies, Doodlebug and Ladybug, only grew stronger. He fought for us, wanting to ensure our future was secure he made his will,he told family,he told friends he was leaving his house to us so that we always had a place to live, and his selflessness inspires me every day. Though he's no longer with me physically, his memory and legacy live on in my heart, filling me with strength and hope.Linda, his mother from Texas, took his body from the funeral home after I promised to wait for her to get here from Texas so she could say goodbye to her son preventing me from saying goodbye. She chose burial over cremation, his preferred option, she disregarded all his last wishes like he didn't even matter and I only recently learned of his burial site. She had vowed to take our home and displace us, and on the anniversary of his death, she signed the house back to the bank, resulting in Bank & Trust now trying to evict us,I don't have the financial needs to hire a attorney, legal aid won't help because they say there's a conflict of interest, the judge wouldn't listen to anything i had to say and is giving us until November 18,2024 to be out of our home.... A home my Christopher was paying for with his money for over 4 years , something he wanted to leave his to make sure we never had to worry about having a place to live. His mother Linda has transcended her own desires to honor his every wish, acknowledging the power of his love for me, and respecting his choice to have me by his side in his final moments. Please help me fulfill Christopher's final wish and preserve the home he entrusted to me, our last tangible connection to him. This house is our sole sanctuary, and without it, we're lost and alone !Sincerely Tammy Weffenstette & our Dog Doodlebug
