John Conrad Medical and Living expenses

I am 60 years old. I was diagnosed with moderate Emphysema (COPD), making it hard for me to breathe. I also have many other medical conditions (AIDS, Chronic Kidney disease, memory problems, severe sleep apnea, Raynaud's Disease, Bipolar with major depressive disorder, major neck reconstruction, High Blood pressure, Chronic Active hepatitis B, and torn meniscus in my left leg). I was recently hospitalized for three days with shortness of breath. I have difficulty walking up and down stairs and get short of breath on little exertion.

I am having a hard time finding employment dues to these conditions. I have applied for Social Security Disability, but it will be eight months before I get a hearing.

I am asking for funds for my medical and living expenses. I currently receive a small pension ($700 a month) which covers some bills but does not cover my rent ($2,200 a month). I have depleted all my savings and 401k paying rent in the last year. I currently take 12 prescription medications and see six different specialists.

My immediate family is deceased. I live alone in a small one-bedroom apartment with my Australian shepherd, who keeps me company.

I always keep a Positive attitude and am very strong. I know with my faith, I will get through this challenge. I am grateful for everything life has presented me with. I try to help others as much as possible because I can sympathize with them. I'm usually the one helping others, but now I need help.
