John Davidson’s Recovery ❤️
Donation protected
Hi everyone.
Friday, December 3rd, my dad suffered from a heart attack early in the morning. He had 3 stints put in. While he was to recover in the hospital, he suffered from a stroke, a blood clot in his right cerebellum, no more than 7 hours later. This has affected the movements of the right half of his body. He has been in great spirits through everything. He is a strong man.
As of now, my dad can no longer walk without nurses to stabilize his balance, which will cause him to go an inpatient rehabilitation. The rehabilitation facility will help him relearn how to walk, talk, and function with the right half of his body. Over the next 5 days or so, we are planning to send him to the rehabilitation center that can help him with what he needs in time being.
As everyone knows, insurance will not pay for everything and my dad will be out of work for quite a while due to relearning the movements on his right side. This has brought up some concern for the next few months, as we don’t know his recovery time and the extent of everything.
My dad has touched a lot of people, past or present. All I ask is for you to donate when you can because there is going to be a lot coming our way. He never let anything bring him down or doubt his ability to do anything, so I’m hoping we can get him the best help he needs to become the same old John.
If you are willing to donate to my dad’s next steps in his recovery, that would be greatly appreciated. We typically don’t ask for help like this. Anyone who knows us knows this has been tough time for us. We thank you for anything you can help us out with. My dad is a great guy and typically cares about everyone more himself. I’m hoping during this time we can show our support to him more than ever. Thank you for anything and everything you do. We can’t say thank you enough to everyone for showing their support.
