John Dina Medical Expenses and Funeral Costs

Dear Family and Friends,

I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart. On Sunday, July 21st, I had no choice but to admit my husband, John Dina, to home hospice. John has been battling coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure,

dementia, end-stage renal disease, and gangrene. Despite his valiant efforts, his body is giving in to the relentless fight.

John is a devout Catholic, father of 7, 4th degree Knight of Columbus, 3rd order Franciscan for over 35 years, and John served for the NYPD “New York City’s Finest” for 22 years. John has never met a stranger, and he always had a joke for everyone and every occasion. His outgoing and friendly personality has touched the lives of many.
