John Evanoff Motorcycle Accident

Hi, my name is Hailey. I am the daughter of John Evanoff who was in a motorcycle accident while on his way to work on I-480 this morning (9/20/23), while following a truck with no mud flaps throwing gravel on him. He merged to the other lane, with heavy gravel on the road and the car in front of him hit their breaks causing his bike to kick out and he went down. When he came to a semi was headed right for him, he was able roll out of the road but a semi ran over his foot and did not stop causing him to have to have a below knee amputation. The amputation will take place today, with 2-3 additional surgeries to follow in the days to come, and several months of rehab.
