Help the Guerriero Family in memory of John
Donation protected
It is with great sadness and disbelief that we have lost our dear friend, John Guerriero at only 59 years old.
John leaves behind his loving wife Maria, and two wonderful children, Richard and Gianna. As you can only imagine they are devastated by the loss of their amazing husband and father.
John loved and cared deeply for everyone around him, whether it was his family, his friends or his children’s friends. He had an open door policy; whether cooking food for others (including for his beloved French Bulldog, Cody), watching the Giants and Yankee games with them or just sitting, talking and joking; but most importantly always making everyone feel welcome.
Family was of the utmost importance to him. He was a hard working man and he will be missed by his colleagues at Fairleigh Dickinson University, and by his former colleagues at Rutgers University and MetLife Stadium.
He will be remembered by family, friends and colleagues as a proud and humble man who would help them without hesitation, with love and grace, and never asking for anything in return.
If you know the Guerriero family as we do, you know that they are a generous family always thinking of others, going out of their way to help even when not asked of them.
John’s love and fierce loyalty for his family and friends was something very special. This loss is deeply personal, which makes us realize that John was truly a special person and we were blessed to have had him in our lives. Please keep his family in your prayers and we thank you for honoring his memory.
