John’s father, Terry Heitzman wants everyone to know that the funeral/cremation/burial expenses were covered by him and the VA

John’s son, Noah Heitzman is very grateful that the HR department at the VA found where John DID change his beneficiary to Noah. 

With that new development Noah wanted to refund the GoFundMe donations. My suggestion is to let that be an option, but to also consider giving the money to the Veterans Club. John was a staunch supporter of the Veterans Club and would be honored to have this donation go to them in his name. Noah agreed. So if anyone would want to stop their donation, please do by Monday August 1, otherwise we will turn the money over to the Veterans Club.
