We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of our dear friend and Bong Mines brother, John Henry Edinger, who died on April 10 in the Bronx,New York, USA.
John Henry attended Bong Town School and Cuttington University in Liberia. He also did graduate studies in Music Theory in the USA. He was a professional trumpeter. He loved music. One of his favorite musicians was a Hugh Masekela.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, a funeral service will not be held at this time. However, his family hopes to offer a memorial service as soon as it is safe for family and friends to gather.
All donations will go directly to his brother Samuel Edinger to help with funeral expenses.
