John Isaac Bautista

Hello, we are fundraising for the funeral of John Isaac Bautista. John nicknamed “Jack” unfortunately suffered a cardiac arrest on Monday and was declared brain dead shortly after.

Jack sadly passed on Monday morning on April 22 at the age of 16 years old.

Jack was a loving and caring child who loved anime, drawing and would frequently read at the library. He loved to get inspiration to draw from Ben 10 and the numerous anime shows he would watch. He was interested in animations as well and would spend countless hours making animations. He was family oriented and was kindhearted towards animals especially his family dog Rico. He will be best known as a friend, brother and son to those who knew him.
