John & Joann: A little help from their friends...

Hi, I'm Valerie along with RaeAnn and we are raising funds for Jo and John Russo to help with medical costs - and plain old cost of living - while John continues to recover from a stunning heart attack.

 

This attack came out of nowhere (for those of you who know John, you know he's a spitfire, full of joy and positive energy) - Joann said he had "the mother of all heart attacks," and it threw him for a loop.

 

John has been in the hospital for over three weeks and with every two steps forward, there's another that takes him back. And trust me, he wants nothing more than to get well and get back to his life. Between infections, transfusions, dialysis, and intubations, he hasn't had a break and Joann and the family are trying to remain positive and hopeful that this long road ends in recovery.

 

John and Jo are two of our favorite people in the world and selfishly, we want them both back 100% - physically and mentally. Donating to help them get through this crisis will ease the burden of financial worries so they can both focus on healing and moving forward. Any amount would be greatly appreciated....and any words of love and encouragement will go a long way, too.
