John Jurgens- End of Life Care

This is Team Jurgens and we are asking for Support from our Community during this difficult time. Our Dad, John, was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer and was given “months to live” as his
prognosis from his doctors. 
We are raising funds to help make his
final days with us as comfortable as possible. 

Our Dad is someone who has gone above and beyond to help others in need and today- we would like to return the favor by lessening the burden of expenses and helping to cover the cost of expensive medications and procedures. 

We would like to fulfill his final wishes and take him on a road trip vacation, if he is able to recover his strength enough to do so. We ask that you say a prayer for him, even if you are not able to donate at this time. Thank you for your kindness and support. We appreciate it :-)
