We have lost another beautiful soul to the disease of addiction. John our beloved son, brother, father, uncle, cousin and friend who was and is loved by so many.  John's fight was long and challenging and he did his very best.
John was a talented craftsman and musician who loved his daughter Kaela and his people with all of his heart. John's spirit left us suddenly and we are saddened and in shock to even  be writing these words. Our family and friends had so much hope for the new life he was creating for himself and the people closest to him.  He was dreaming of big things and that makes this even more surreal.  
We are now faced with the reality of what follows in the days after a tragedy such as this, not only the costs associated with the cremation and services, but also the continued support his daughter will be needing in his absence.  
We know this disease does not discriminate and touches many of our lives now more  than ever.
