Hello. My name is John and I raising funds to help with my medical expenses. I have stage five chronic kidney disease and in need of a kidney transplant. All my appointments for this process are out of town, anywhere from 45 minutes to primarily 2 hours. I am on social security disability, which is not much. I struggle from month to month. I have a special renal diet that is difficult to maintain on my income. My Cardiologist also wants me to get a pacemaker.
