Hi, this is John Leyman Tournament Director and Referee

Recently, I had a health scare and had to go to the emergency room.

The visit resulted in some ongoing care and now I need an operation.

My operation is scheduled in February and I need help covering the costs.

Working in the pool industry does not afford the income to be able to cover such medical costs.

So I am asking the pool community and my other friends to help me.

My goal is to be able to pay off the costs of the operation and other medical bills associated with my current condition.

I truly wish to thank anyone who can help.
