In memory of John lundon

It's with with great regret and sadness that I write this ,

On the 14-05-23 John passed away, He passed peacefully while surrounded by his loving family

John lundon, age 37 and father to renz age 4 ,has been in the oil and gas industry for nearly 18 years. Working for various drilling contractors; Ensco, Rowan, Northern Offshore to name a few.

He's spent the last 3 years working for Petrodec on-board the erda.

Last Tuesday (02-05-23) John completed his 3 week hitch. During his trip he was unwell but in true John fashion he refused to go home and insisted he complete his hitch.

He departed the rig and headed straight to Liverpool hospital where his health deteriorated. 72 hours later john was intailly diagnosed with lynthoma cancer but has since (12/05/23) been diagnosed with advanced melanoma.

Everyone who knows lundon, knows he acts the tough guy .....but has a heart of gold and will do anything to help anyone.

Due to John working through an agency there is uncertainty to what financial help he will get. So I'm asking for anyone who knows, works or have worked with him to donate what ever they can, to support him and his family through this tough time.

Even if we can raise enough to cover John's bills for a few months, this would give him and his partner Jamie, one less thing to worry about.
