John "Manzoni" cancer relief fund

Cancun’s most adored bartender, John "Manzoni", was diagnosed with Stage 3 throat cancer this past fall. He underwent intense chemo and radiation treatments for about 8 weeks, completing the treatments just before the New Year. He continued to work his Friday and Saturday shifts during the treatments, and only seceded to allow his body to recover.

Despite the fact that during this two month absence we have all missed him terribly, he has been home resting and allowing his body to heal. He will find out soon, if the treatments were successful.

Cancer affects everyone, not just the person it has infected. This is evident by the number of people inquiring about his health and how they can help. Accordingly, as a community we want organize and join together in encouraging and supporting Manzoni through these next few weeks.

We acknowlege that this platform collects fees associated with all donations. The Original Cancun Cantina will match and donate any fee associatied with this fundraiser directly to Manzoni, so he will receive EVERY cent that is intended for him.
