My name is Alisa Frost. I’m fundraising for my sister, Naomi Mohr, and her two boys, Kellan and Finn.

Yesterday, their beloved husband and dad decided the mental demons that haunted him were too much to bear.

We have seen him struggling with severe depression and a complete personality shift for the last few months. He said to Naomi, “I don’t know why I can’t snap out of it for you and the boys.” They were his life, and he was theirs. He was my sister’s best friend, a hands-on and involved dad to his boys and a constant fixture on the La Crosse fields over the years.

We are beyond heartbroken. There are no words to describe our disbelief and devastation.

John was loved by so many. His quietness, his wit and his big heart.

John has struggled to work for the last few months as his depression took hold, and any donation would be beneficial for the family to cover funeral costs and cost of living.
