John Mowry

On February 6th John Mowry experienced ear discomfort and a severe headache. Following an er evaluation, John was discharged home with ear infection and an antibiotic. Over the next hours, in addition to severe pain, John evidenced neurological deterioration and collapsed. Johns diagnose was bacterial meningitis.

Over the next two weeks, going into 3 weeks, John has been sedated, on a ventilator, multiple IV'S, including multiple scans, MRIS and spinal tap. John's condition has remained very serious. He has been sedated, with continued complicated treatment for a very stubborn infection. on Feb 17 John was transferred to Swedish Medical Center for further specialized treatment to fight the infection.

At this point, John's situation remains precarious with an uncertain path forward. Our family deeply appreciates all the prayers and good wishes. Your continued prayers and support continues to be be a very special blessing. Thank you to one and all.
