Johnathan Duke pay for his Chemo treatments

Hi, my name is Leslie Barnhart and I am trying to raise funds to help my son Johnathan Duke pay for his Chemo treatments. He was diagnosed with cancer in March at 40 years old. Same as myself. He had to switch jobs in January due to a loss of hours. His doctor put him off work until October 15th and because he is so new at his job he does not qualify for FMLA and he lives in Arizona so there is no State Disability program. So, he has absolutely no money coming in causing the entire burden of the household to fall on his wife Casey who herself only makes minimum wage. He is only half way through his treatments. To top it off his current employer just notified him that they will be terminating his employment and his insurance effective July 14th. All of the family members are pitching in to help him but without insurance now the Chemo treatments are $400 each and he still has 10 more treatments to go. It seems unfair for an employer to terminate someone with an off work order but it is Arizona. Anything given is greatly appreciated by all of us.
