John Rodriguez Funeral Expenses

Hello it’s Blanca and the kids….

My father John/Juan Lucas was a very very crazy man. He was crazy funny crazy loving crazy loud but most importantly he was crazy loved. For his 56 years on this earth he made his presence known and he always made sure put family first, family by blood family through love and family through work and friends. He’s impacted so many people i his life and I know he’s missed but our angel is now resting in peace. My dad had a heart attack a few years ago and we almost lost him then. By the grace of god he remained with us for another two years, another two long years but almost to the day he was taken from us. My dad was sick for a few weeks now and it fun sucks but I believe he was in more pain than anything. The smiles and laughters were no longer here but his love for everyone was. He spent some of his final moments surrounded by the women in his life that love him fully: my mother Blanca, my sister Chastity and myself.

We were taking him to the hospital because he was so frail he couldn’t find the energy to walk and we tried our best to get him there but he was so stubborn he didn’t want to go and finally he was willing to go to the hospital and on our way out my father collapsed and our world shattered.
I know the holidays are around but the holidays are cursed in our family.

No matter what my dad always made sure to give everyone something small or big he was a man of gifting and loving.

So now I ask you all to help and support our family through this tough moment in time that will last more than a time can tell.
