John always called me his favorite Auntie and he will forever be my favorite nephew. The morning of June 20th, at the young age of 42, John Phillip Santos returned to God surrounded by his wife Cheryl, children, Bobbie, Kalani, Nitaya and Thalia and many lifelong friends. For 10 months he bravely battled the ugly cancer that was relentless inside his body. However, even with his pain he still had a warm smile and kind whisper for everyone.

Your generosity will help the family in many ways, especially for his children. As you know, John and Cheryl have 4 children; your donations will establish a scholarship fund for the 3 younger children, Kalani, 15, Nitaya, 13 and Thalia, 8. It will also assist the family with end-of-life expenses so they will not have that burden and worry during this very difficult time.

John touched so many lives with his kind and caring spirit. He was a devoted and loving husband and father and a loyal friend to so very many. He truly was so much to so many; he secured a place in all of our hearts. Your donation will help ease the financial worry and will be sincerely appreciated by the family.
