update: we are having a celebration of life in the end of September, we’d love to have at least most of the goal.. our grandmother/mother/Joy would benefit immensely from it.. THANK YOU THANK YOU to the ones who have donated, it means more than the world to us..

John Schoenfelder was many things to so many people. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather among many other things. John and Joy we're together for 60 years, they have 4 children, 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. As a 76 year old, he worked laboriously to provide for his family but most importantly for his wife, Joy. His passing happened suddenly a couple months after having a fall at work that led to a profusion of medical complications.

Grieving and mourning such a loss is incredibly difficult but is just a part of a very long road ahead for our family, especially for our mother/grandmother Joy. We're hoping that in making this gofundme , we could relieve some of the financial stress that will be put on Joy/our mother/grandmother. Anything that will be donated will be put towards funeral costs and help easing Joy of some of the financial stress that comes along with everyday life. As a family we appreciate any contribution or support..
