John Tremblay Cancer Fight

I am John Tremblay and I need your help to beat cancer.

On June 5th at the age of fifty-eight, I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer.

I am the same age my father was when he passed away from the same cancer. I am determined not to have the same outcome.

I am in pain nearly 24x7 and can no longer work until my treatment is completed.

My earned sick time and Paid Time Off has been exhausted as well.

I will not receive approval for temporary medical disability for at least another month.

I feel I will have to choose between treatment and keeping a” roof per my head.”

The $30,000 is estimated out-of-pocket medical expenses that I will incur. I have used all my assets to take care of almost half of that but now I have no income.

It has been a difficult time, but I am surrounded by some amazing people and feel so lucky to have them in my corner.
